Rates:
Our rates range from $15 - $25/hour depending on the service requested.  You will receive an estimate prior to any work performed detailing the work to be done, the time frame and cost.  Any additional work or expenses will be charged in addition to the estimated work.  You will be notified in writing prior to these additional charges.  Any changes in our rates will be communicated to you in writing 30 days prior to the change.

Billable Hours:
Hours will be billed in 1/2 hour increments.  Any additional work needed to complete a project will also be charged and detailed on the invoice.  Examples include (but are not limited to) research, phone conversations, emails and postage.

Payments:
You will receive an invoice at the completion of the project.  Payments can be made via PayPal or check.  There will be a $50 charge on any returned checks.  Credit cards are accepted on PayPal.

Our Relationship:
We are independent contractors and not employees.  What this means to you is that this is a partnership.  We work with you not for you.

Confidentiality/Privacy Agreement:
Any information regarding our company is completely confidential and will not be made available under any circumstances.  Also, any information given to us about you will remain strictly confidential and will not be made public.

You will be able to reach us via phone, fax, email, mail and AOL instant messaging.
